Swiggy Instamart, is building the convenience grocery segment in India. We offer more than 2500 items to our customers within 30-45 mins. We are striving to augment our consumer promise of enabling unparalleled convenience by making grocery delivery instant and delightful. Instamart has been operating in 5+ cities across India and plans to expand to a few more soon. We have seen immense love from the customers till now and are excited to redefine how India shops. 


Job responsibilities 

  • Train WH Employees on WMS being used at the WH.
  • Provide real-time support to WH teams by solving their issues.
  • Prepare Training Plans and document the warehouse processes and SOP.
  • Responsible for initial WMS setup at the warehouse. Coordinate with the 3PL warehouse team for WMS launch and training. 
  • Would be responsible for entire warehouse ERP’s in his/her region.
  • Reduce WH time and effort by bringing in new efficient processes from a system perspective.


Desired Skill Set


  • Preferred degree in Supply Chain Management/Warehouse & Logistics Management
  •  Effective Communication skills and Excel 7 PowerPoint skills are a must. 
  • Should have experienced the warehouse process. 
  • Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas. 
  • Prior experience in process design and operations.
  •  Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet daily, weekly, and long-term 
  • requirements and goals Experience in managing blue-collared employees is a big plus Open to travel across his region.
